Lamar Phillips has over 25 years of professional music education experience and 35 years in public education.

At the age of 13 he was already serving as a leader and trainer. 

At the age of 16 he earned his first training workshop with a contract for a seminar.

Lamar continues to seek opportunities to expand his sphere of influence by inspiring, enlightening and equipping others. Doing so in a greater administrative capacity affords the chance to improve learning communities and other resource centers significantly.
